Residents of The Renaissance on Turtle Creek enjoy a wide variety of services provided by our contracted property management company and other contracted companies.
The Renaissance on Turtle Creek is supported by a highly-trained concierge team in all three lobbies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to enhance your urban-living experience. Residents enjoy assistance with guest reception, package pick-up, dry-cleaning and concierge services and more.
Valet parking is available to all residents and their guests. Residents may have their properly-registered vehicles valet parked in their assigned space, or one additional vehicle in an unassigned space. Up to four guest vehicles per unit may be valet parked for up to 24 hours, provided spaces are available. If you are planning a gathering and expect more than four vehicles, you must coordinate in advance with the management office to arrange for additional staff, or excess vehicles may be turned away. Residents are offered same-day dry cleaning services by our approved, local vendor, J’s Tailor & Cleaners. Simply open an account with J’s Tailors and immediately begin to receive discounted rates and complimentary pick up and drop off delivery services.
UPS, Fedex, Amazon, US Mail and other parcel deliveries can be accepted and held for you by members of our property management team. Our residents receive an email and/or phone notification informing them the package is on site.
Do you need to leave a key for a contractor, friend, or relative who will be arriving in your absence? Our concierge staff can assist with key transfers. An authorization form is required in order to utilize this service.
If you ever lock yourself out of your unit, contact the Management Office or a concierge. If you can prove you're a valid resident of the unit, and if a key is on file as is required, then our staff will gladly assist getting you back into your unit.
Do you need an additional key to your unit? A new mailbox key? Would you like your unit re-keyed? The maintenance team, employees of our property management company, can do minor key and lock work, but more intensive tasks may require an outside locksmith. Please keep in mind that you are required to keep current copies of your keys on file with the management office in case of emergencies.
Basic Cable TV
Basic Cable TV service is available for all units. Residents have the option to contract for additional packages or services through the cable provider.
If you have a pest-related problem, contact the Management Office. The Association's pest-control contractor will glady review any issues you may be having, and if covered by our contract, address the situation.
Do you need a lightbulb changed? Smoke detector battery replaced? Artwork hung on the wall? The maintenance team, employees of our property management company, are able to do these and other light maintenance items for a small fee. Maintenance List
Exterior windows are washed at least once, and typically twice per year.
We are exploring the addition of car wash services on property. If you are interested, contact the management office.
