Amenities
The Renaissance on Turtle Creek has a wide variety of amenities available to residents. Residents are able to use and enjoy amenities, regardless of which tower they reside in.
Pools
Main Pool: 40 foot lap pool; hot tub; 2 fire pit areas with outdoor couch seating and tables; 6 gas BBQ Stations with electric lighting and adjacent area with tables and seating for 12; 4 Cabanas with tables, chairs, lighting, fans, and windbreak curtains; 30+ padded Chaise Lounges; Kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, seating area. This pool deck and related amenities are located on the top level of the parking garage, and are accessible from the 5th floor of the South / West Tower, or from the 7th floor of the East Tower.
Splash Pool: Large Splash Pool, BBQs, Chaise Lounges. This pool is located adjacent to the East Tower, and is accessed through the fitness center.
Hot Tub: 8-person Hot Tub, located on the Main Pool Deck.
Hours: Pools and Hot Tub open 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pool Deck, BBQs and Fire Pits open 7:00 a.m. to midnight, subject to Quiet Hours 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Fire pits
Two fire pit social gathering areas are located on the Main Pool Deck, just outside the Fitness Center. Each area includes outdoor couches and tables. To operate, simply turn the timer knob on the adjacent wall. A great place to keep warm and meet your neighbors on a cold night.
Hours: Pool Deck, BBQs and Fire Pits open 7:00 a.m. to midnight, subject to Quiet Hours 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Fitness Centers
Main Fitness Center: Located on the 5th floor of the South / West Tower, this fitness center includes 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 2 bikes, helix, Vertical Knee Raise, Hyper Extension, Dual Leg Extension/Leg Curl, Peck Deck/Rear Delt, Assisted Chin/Dip, Dumbells, Freeweight Benches, Smith Machine, Bicep Curl, Stretcher, Dual Cable Functional Trainer with Pull Up, Abdominal Crunch, Leg Press, Dual Lat Pull/Low Row. Stretch Room, Dry Sauna.
East Tower Fitness Center: Located on the ground floor of the East Tower, this fitness center includes two rooms of equipment and a dry sauna.
Hours: Open 24/7, subject to Quiet Hours 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Personal Trainers: Many residents benefit from Personal Trainers in the Fitness Centers. However, these individuals must be properly registered. See Section 1.9(l) of the Rules and Regulations. Contact the management office for details.
Conference rooms
South / West Tower Social Room & Kitchenette: Our largest meeting space where we host monthly Board Meetings, social events like Tasting Tuesday, and our annual Holiday Party. Equipped with a 52” flat screen television and cable, couch, 4 accent chairs, 3 tables and 12 dining chairs. 30 person capacity.
South / West Tower Conference Room: Board Room equipped 46” flat screen monitor. 6 person capacity.
East Tower Wallace Room: Located adjacent to the East Tower Lobby, this comfortable meeting room equipped with fire place, couch, 2 accent chairs, 2 tables and 8 dining chairs, is ideal for family gatherings or intimate group settings. The Wallace Room is named after Bill Wallace, previous Board member and President, who passed away in 2013. 15 person capacity.
East Tower Conference Room: Board Room equipped with 46” flat screen monitor. 8 person capacity.
business centers
East Tower Business Center: Includes computer with internet access, printer.
South / West Tower Business Center: Includes 3 computers with internet access, printer.
Hours: Open 24/7, subject to Quiet Hours 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
pet areas
Main Dog Walk: 4,500 sf dog walk area with both natural and artificial turf. Pet stations available. Paved pedestrian walk with multiple benches. May be accessed from East Lobby or the South Lobby.
West Lobby Dog Walk: Open grassy area under a canopy of mature trees. Pet stations available. This dog walk is adjacent to Lee Park in case a more lengthy walk is needed.
Hours: Open 24/7, subject to Quiet Hours 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., subject to Rules and Regulations.
Vending Machines
East Tower: Vending machines are located in the moving vestibule adjacent to the ground floor elevator lobby, just past the mailboxes.
South / West Tower: Vending machines are located adjacent to the South Lobby Business Center and just outside the ground floor exit from the West Lobby into the parking garage.
ATM Machines
East Tower: An ATM is located in the hallway outside the Management Office.
South / West Tower: An ATM is located in the South Lobby Business Center.
Valet Carts
Valet Carts: Valet carts are located in each of the three lobbies, and may be used to transport groceries or other items to your unit. A driver's license may be required to check out a cart (subject to availability). Carts may not be used to move multiple loads of materials or for moves. Please return carts promptly, in order to make them available for other residents. Failure to return a cart may result in future cart requests being declined. Valet carts may not be removed from the property.
Note: All amenities subject to periodic closure, as needed for maintenance, upkeep, and repair. Specific amenities and amenity counts, including the number of tables, chairs, chaise lounges, business center computers, fitness center equipment, etc. are subject to breakage and removal for other reasons. The items listed are those available as of February, 2022.
